Shipping Process

All items are shipped from our UAE warehouse by tracked delivery. Customers will receive regular updates via email.

All products are delivered with temperature control and are sanitised before dispatch.

Delivery timelines are within 48 hours for UAE orders and 3–5 working days for all other countries.

Shipping Fees

Complimentary shipping is offered to all domestic customers on orders over 1,000 AED.

International customers (delivery outside the UAE) are responsible for payment of any applicable import duties or taxes.
