3. ORDERING
You may place an order to purchase goods advertised for sale on this site by following the on-screen prompts after clicking on the item you wish to purchase. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you place your order by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the checkout page.
If you submit an order for goods via this site by clicking the “Pay Now” button, your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an automatically generated email confirming acceptance. Upon receipt of this email, the contract between you and us will be concluded.
The contract will relate only to those goods specified in the order confirmation email. You should carefully review this email to ensure all details are correct.

Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that conform to these Terms and Conditions.
4. PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. However, prices shown at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right not to supply goods at the incorrect price. We may, at our discretion:

Cancel your order and issue a full refund; or

Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
If we are unable to contact you or you decline to proceed, your order will be cancelled and refunded. If the correct price is lower than the stated price, we may proceed and charge the lower amount.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include applicable government taxes but exclude delivery costs. Delivery is currently complimentary.
5. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability of all products.
Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines are outlined on product pages following order acceptance. We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe or, if none is specified, within 30 days of order acceptance.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, mechanical failures, or force majeure events. In such cases, an alternative delivery date will be agreed.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods available at checkout.
7. RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order up until dispatch confirmation is issued.
Once a dispatch confirmation email has been sent, cancellations are no longer possible.
To cancel, please email support@eaude1974.me with your order number and a clear cancellation request.
8. REFUNDS POLICY
Upon successful cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled order. Refunds may take up to 21 days to appear in your account and will be issued using the original payment method.
At present, returns or cancellations after dispatch are not accepted due to health and safety measures. Exceptions apply only if:

The delivered quantity is incorrect
In such cases, once verified, we will:

Issue a full refund; or

Replace the item at our cost (including shipping), unless replacement is impractical or disproportionately costly.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
9. CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

The product is out of stock

Delivery is not available to your location

A pricing error occurred
In such cases, you will be notified by email and fully refunded.
10. TITLE AND RISK
Ownership of goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed and full payment has been received. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
11. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Business or commercial losses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury or death due to negligence, statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, strikes, or infrastructure failures.
13. GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
These Terms apply each time you place an order. We may amend them at any time without notice. Please review them regularly.
You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
14. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by UAE law. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
